#TBT! Throwback Thursday: A Radio Legend

Radio legends are few and far between…. but we were lucky enough to have a few – put their BOOTS on to show their love and support for our military. Not only did we have Kidd Kraddick as a supporter…. we also have Rick Dees!

Rick Dees is a radio personality that is probably best known for his internationally syndicated radio show, “The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 Countdown.” As I typed that…. I literally sang the theme song in my head!

Rick has been in the radio business for longer than I have been alive (I am 31) and has garnered many accolades during that time, including a Marconi award, the National Radio Hall of Fame, and his induction into the National Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame.

Huge THANKS go out to Rick for getting his BOOTS on and showing his support for the HEROES that keep us safe and FREE!
