Mortgage Industry Rallies to Provide Housing to Combat Wounded Veterans
Housing Program Operated Through National Nonprofit, The Boot Campaign. Recognition of Corporate Sponsors to Take Place During Ceremony at Annual Sales Mastery Conference.
Palm Springs, CA (October 21, 2013) – With a growing need for adequate housing for military severely wounded in combat, the Boot Campaign will announce the partnership with ten mortgage industry companies to sponsor mortgage-free home presentations to U.S. Military Veterans. This presentation will take place on October 23, 2013 in front of more than 1,500 mortgage professionals, including 50 of the industry’s top CEOs, at the Desert Springs JW Marriott just outside of Palm Springs, CA.
Our Housing Initiative wants to ensure that service members, veterans and their families have support and access to one of the most basic human needs – shelter. The Boot Campaign is helping to facilitate forever home ownership for wounded service members through mortgage-free home presentations alongside Military Warriors Support Foundation, a program partner of the Boot Campaign.
As a featured event organized by Mortgage Coach and the Todd Duncan Group at the 20th Anniversary Sales Mastery conference, the Heroes into Homeowners ceremony will gather veterans, mortgage professionals and the CEOs of the participating lenders. Also on hand will be war hero (Purple Heart, two Bronze Stars) and best-selling author of “Outlaw Platoon,” Sean Parnell.
