Texas rocker Bleu Edmondson is donating the proceeds from the digital sale of his latest single, “Black and White” to the Boot Campaign.

The song is a poignant – and very relevant – saga of one young man’s struggle to find work and his decision to join the military in effort to help his poverty-stricken family.  The Boot Campaign, a grassroots organization whose mission is to cultivate awareness and raise funds to help our military troops with the challenges they often face upon returning home, originally licensed “Black and White” for their 2010 fundraising CD.   In addition to donating the proceeds from the sale of the digital download, Edmondson also plans to make one of his summer concert stops a fundraiser for the Boot Campaign.  Details to follow.
